Pathetically the applicant has laid a few metres of tarmac to "prove" the application is live... we will be pressing ELDC planning to accept this is FAKE
2024
At the latest planning amendment review the planning committee noted their surprise this application was ever passed... and now the ELDC officers who broke council officer rules by taking sides when they were supposed to be independent have left it would never happen today...
